SEND Workflow Studio systems are built from proven Excel-based templates, then adapted through consultancy and implementation support to fit the way your provision works.

Some systems, such as the Annual Review System, are designed to be deployed with minimal variation. Others, such as Subject-Specific Assessment and Life Skills Assessment, can start from generic SWS curriculum frameworks for English, Maths and Life Skills, or be configured around your existing curriculum structure, levels, pathways and reporting needs.

Clear, provision-based pricing

SEND Workflow Studio pricing is designed to scale with the size and complexity of the provision. Most projects include a one-off setup and implementation fee, followed by an annual licence for the systems being used.

Smaller single-system projects may start from around £1,500–£3,000 in the first year, while larger multi-system implementations are quoted following a demo and scoping conversation.
